These sleepingbags are awesome. Slept in it very comfy while in the Royal Netherlands Army. They can bring you as low to -25 degrees C with the proper close cell mat. Been there in december in the Italian Alps with these temperatures. You shouldn't ever roll a sleepingbag as it will order the fibers in a regular form which has negative effect on the insulation. Just stuff it in the stuffsack , that's how it's tought in the RNLA. There is one size only for these sleepingbag. This is however not the same sleepingbag as the Norwegian M90. Enjoy your purchase! Im 199 cm and sleep very well in my M90. This is a piece of kitt i have bought about 14 years ago and it still perfect, really good quality, warm, comfy and thick. You could sleep just plain on the ground and you would still have a decent sleep. The goretex outerskinn is really worth the extra investment! Get it if you can no joke its a perfect addition for even more comfort. And yes as said before, dont roll it,stuff it!

Ya don't roll ya bag to go back in the bag buddy, it's called a stuff sack....ya stuff it into the bag then compress with the straps. Goes in far easier. Don't roll em as this puts creases in the hollow filling and creates cold spots. Just ask ya bro...ya welcome x

Brilliant design: I wish there were a modern version of this, lighter and more compact. The liner fit is superb, as liner and bag can be closed/opened in one. By God it's a heavy bulky thing though, car camping only!! At 6'4", and 100kgs I find it really comfortable (large). Don't roll it and don't keep it in the compression bag............ 🙂 (leagues better than the (good) BA 90 bag...)

There should be 3 different sizes. With an XL being the largest and is at least 200cm. Yours probably is 190cm so your mate would perhaps feel more comfy in an XL

I have a bag I got at the thrift store. It's down, but it has no tags or brand name . There are some short straps with snaps on them. Like maybe it hooked up to a bivy. It's nice and warm though. Nice bag you got there.
