Today we change it up a bit and stop by Russell military museum to check out an awesome collection of tanks, Huey’s, boats, jets, 6x6 trucks, and a lot more!

The tall, long and skinny looking helicopter is called a SKYCRANE and it did a heck of a lot more than just lift a container(shipping type) that you thought. Light tanks and other armoured vehicles, artillery pieces to various modules such as control rooms, HQ module to even triage units. Some are still flying today mainly for fire fighting and some rescues. It is a unique unusual and bloody desirable machine. I would love to own and fly one.

The piece in front of the M-60 tank is a mine roller. It's an attachment that goes in front of the tank and rolls over mines in order to detonate them.

Awesome piece of Canadian Self Propelled Artillary Gun with a 25 pound artillery gun, based on Canadian versions of the M3 Lee and M4 Sherman chassis (Ram and Grizzly tank chassis). The British equivalent to the M7 Priest, which it replaced in British service. The Sexton is one of my favourite Allied tracked vehicle of WW2, along with the Canadian Ram.
