How much auto mechanic skills do really learn from 91B AIT? What do you learn? How much actual hands on? do you learn how to change time belts, brakes, alternator, engine swap?

These guys are in the desert, in the summer. Why are they not wearing short sleeve t-shirts? Does their commander REALLY require them to wear long sleeve shirts while fixing this stuff? Sounds like horse shit.
