Funny thing is due to US sanctions, China has built an entire US-free semiconductor supply chain. The entire process is now under the political control of Chinese companies. The US has as a result lost any leverage it might have had over China. 10 years ago, before Trump started the economic war against China, if the US wanted to coerce China not to sell chips to Russia, it might have had some success (meaning US trade with Russia would go through third countries instead). А что из сказанного указывает на намерение провести мобилизацию? В принципе это может произойти... но может и не произойти... Если данные по набору добровольцев верны, то у русских достаточно сил и резервов, для текущих темпов боевых действий. С началом дождей, интенсивность продвижения и боев в целом, заметно снизится. И до зимы, можно распустить часть персонала. Так же можно распустить мобилизованных и заменить их контрактниками, которые закончили подготовку. Другое дело, если русские планируют на весну-лето следующего года, масштабный прорыв фронта. Тогда да. необходимо осенью провести мобилизацию(чтобы весной они закончили 6 месячную подготовку), и дать отдохнуть и доукомплектоваться войскам на передовой.

Mobilization can also refer to prior personnel who were in military service for several years, have had heavy training, combat experience in Syria, and are now in civilian life but are also in the "reserves", and who have chosen to be recalled and mobilized back into active, military duty from a civilian life.

Очень спорная информация по поводу того, что Россия будет поддерживать Трампа и что собирается проводить дополнительную мобилизацию. Честно говоря, и то, и другое выглядит как фейк, причем запущенный украинской стороной. Начну с того, что Путин минимум дважды сам говорил, что для выгоднее было бы, чтобы победил Байден, и тут нет никакой скрытой логики, кроме той, что с Байденом и так все понятно, понятно с его администрацией, и их действия легче предсказывать. И по поводу дополнительной мобилизации. Во-первых, ротация войск идет постоянно, отпуска тоже дают постоянно, и в запасе есть еще довольно большой контингент, который не задействован, так что смысла в этом нет. Во-вторых, набор добровольцев идет беспрерывно, и есть много источников, которые говорят, что Россия каждый месяц набирает новых солдат для военной операции в районе от 30 до 50 тысяч в месяц, иначе говоря, только за последние полгода они набрали минимум 200-300 тысяч новых солдат, а с учетом, что это добровольцы по контракту, они более мотивированы, нежели проводить мобилизацию. В-третьих, принудительная мобилизация несет имиджевые потери власти среди населения, это отлично видно на примере Украины, где принудительная и жесткая мобилизация опустила имидж власти до рекордного минимума, что-то в районе 20% поддержки населения. И именно поэтому информация, что в России будут проводить дополнительную мобилизацию, выглядит как фейк со стороны Украины, в рамках информационной войны, чтобы подорвать имидж власти и посеять опасения среди граждан. И главное, что такая необходимость отсутствует, нет у России настолько больших потерь, она не проигрывает, а наоборот выигрывает, планов на захват большей территории, чем четыре, о которых говорил Путин, никто не озвучивал. Так что куда вероятнее, что это неправда.

Mobilization could also refer to prior military personnel who are out if current service but are considered reserves, capable of being "reactivated" into active, full time service to be sent to the front lines. These would all be previously trained, experienced healthy individuals now in civilian life, but like patriotic ruzzians, willing to return to active military service, hence they are "mobilized" or "reactivated".❤❤

It´s almost like clockwork: Every couple of months comes another story up that Moscow is about to mobilize another hundreds of thousands of men - and it never proves right. May be 350 k of soldiers are supposed to get "demobilized" (which can technically hit only those units that were mobilized in the first place, not the contract soldiers) or sent back home for some time of vacation. However, at the same time the overall number of Russian forces is still growing, so that in the end there should be enough troops left to cover for the ones that leave the frontlines. Keep also in mind that it takes some weeks or months to get freshly mobilized forces to a combat ready level, which means that forces that are supposed to close a personnel gap in autumn would get supposedly mobilized this or next month already.

Russian demobilization - completely justified for those who have suffered combat in the last two years - will mean another decline in operational momentum: Kiev may retreat due to ill-disciplined conscripts, but Moscow won't advance much, lines of contact will remain as ambiguous as before - e.g. when the Russians retreated from the vicinity of Sloviansk and Kherson, despite being able to hold to the line. This isn't the last world war where people either die in the millions or are about to be occupied or deported - it is a slow, boring decline of Western economic globalization and productivity with constant military conflict at it's 'colonial' periphery, steadily destabilizing Western societies. Come back to military mapping in 2030 when the Asian theater will show a similar picture...

The number is oriented upon pre-war calculations, regarding the modernization of the US Navy (procurement of nuclear submarines until 2035) and Chinese PLAN (currently building aircraft carriers, but having expanded their submarine yards). In my view the European theater is a 'rear guard action' to a large scale conflict in the Pacific. Destabilizing the EU is important to Russia, but containing the US within the Monroe Doctrine sphere is arguably the objective to China. Currently, China can already deny access to the first island chain, but still depends on the Strait of Malacca for export. The Silk Road needs to be modernized and politically stable (Afghanistan, province of Beluchistan, former Soviet republics, Iran, Turkey) and the North East Passage warm enough, to secure the World Island from maritime infringement...
