About the Ukrainian drone raining thermite or magnesium. IMO it will not destroy a fighting position. If positions with log cover have been created the proper procedure is to cover the logs with soil. If thermite rains down from above, cover the burning nuggets with soil. So, not reduced to ruins.

International space station has in last years come under numerous strikes and leaks, they are changing orbit on monthly base now.
