It is not necessary to switch the outfits in 2:00. Just make sure you start the mission with the gas mask to use the glitch correctly. You can also select the outfit in the saved outfit menu. This worked for me in the latest patch.

Love Sniper concept videos👍 The first one using that head gear combo is awesome 👏 👏👏. I also like that you used that hooded jacket from the Casino DLC. I’ve used that jacket for some outfits myself. The 2nd one is cool too, and the 3rd one really fits well with the Cayo Perico Heist. Actually all of these would be cool to use during the heist. I have suggestion for some other themes. Would be cool to see new ghost. Also outfits that use heavy puffer jackets. There is a winter style YETI jacket found at the casino that I’ve been wanting to use for an outfit for some time, just never got around to it.

It can only be done for a few seconds. You need to stand still for about 10 seconds, then open your interaction menu. Do an emote/action (doesn't matter which) and keep scrolling through the emotes/actions really quickly during it (don't walk around or anything) and continue scrolling through even after the emote/action finishes. You'll then hold the sniper like that briefly
