This entire month unfortunately is the worst. I Cannot believe how much IVT is letting this game down. It honestly hurts. I’ve been playing NFS and Forza. And I’ve been seeing how much Motorfest sucks. I don’t know what we are going to do. Motorfest is repetitive annoying boring and they’re not listening to us. Dang it I’m really struggling here. This was my first summit I missed since the crew 2…. That says something.

Been watching the channel for the past 4-5wks and the content is really great. My scores improved marginally (platinum is effortless at this point, really). The downside of it all is that it really shows some of the gimmicky tricks (resets, shortcuts) that takes away from actual racing. This was never a racing sim by any means. One last thing, I messed around with the control settings for the last drift summit but I dont have a good recollection of the settings i had before 😅 referencing a "default" controller settings video or reviewing briefly the settings would be helpful

Hey Trigger, thank you so much for your videos! Since watching you I've been getting platinum in every summit and have improved my grand races from finishing average around 12th to consistently in the top 5 and usually on the podium. Also got my first win the other day. Thanks a lot man! Can you do a video on off road driving, specifically turning strategies during off road sections in hair-pins? I'm always over shooting them and could use some help. Also, how do you deal with the bumper car enthusiasts that seem to infest the races lately. Just seems like a large portion of racers would rather bump everyone rather than actually win the race. Thanks again for the content!

According to my notes, aim for the gutter, drift on some corners but not others, barrel rolling is optional, 13:14 wait what 😄

No matter what I can't get 100k on global Nation. I take all the cuts that you took, drifted when you did, didn't hit the car where you did and I'm unable to get under 3:23... how is that possible?

If you’re following the tips I have here and still getting a 23, it’s not the “tricky” parts that are giving you trouble, it’s just your pace throughout the race as a whole. Usually, the biggest issue is the nos usage. I would need to see a full run of yours to really give you an answer though. You’re welcome to send me a clip in discord

great , after watching, maybe i will get a bit better, but as I drive with all auto expect brake and go pedal, some of your hints dont help, how about doing it with auto on and see how you do...

Engine braking (downshifting before corners) is really helpful so if I did it in auto my times would be slightly slower but tbh auto in TCM is actually really good. You can just use your brakes in places where I suggest down shifting or taking a corner in a certain gear.

bro i have done that corner first corner cut on the racekhana identical to yours other than the car i use the non standard edition and it still resets me before the corner?

Try to point your car more to the right. It has to do with where you are when you reset. You need to be further to the right on the road after the turn

Why does it seem that this game is more for P/C players with manual transmissions than it is for console players with automatic transmissions? You know some people just like to race and enjoy the game . Crew motorfest has become crew junkfest. Sorry, I had to vent this out because I am barely getting 100,000 points on each race
