This is my grandmother's homemade cheese recipe. The preparation is very simple.
The cheese turns out to be very tasty. It only takes 5 minutes. Don't pour out the whey. She's very helpful. You can bake delicious pancakes on whey. Any milk is suitable. Pasteurized and not pasteurized. The healthiest cheese made from village milk from cows that graze in an ecologically clean area.
Recipe and Ingredients:
2 liters of milk
1 tbsp citric acid
Heat the milk until a thick foam forms on the surface, but do not boil the milk. Optimum temperature is 91-93 ° C (195-200 ° F). Add citric acid. Wait until the milk curdles. Remove from stove, drain serum. Place the weight on the cheese and wait about an hour.
