Milk Cake Cookies 🥠🥛🥠 The real taste of childhood is ☺️😋
Ingredients:
Milk - 50 ml
Sugar - 60 grams
Creamy butter - 40 g
Egg - 1 pc
Flour - 180 g
Soda - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla sugar/vanillin - 1 bag
Milk - 20 ml + yolk (for lubrication)
Sugar powder - for decoration
Cooking:
Milk is put on a slow fire, add sugar and vanilla. Constantly stirring, bring to a boil and boil a little to the syrup. Remove from the fire and cool down to room temperature. We connect syrup with soft butter. Add the egg and stir vigorously with a spatula to a homogeneous state. Sift flour into a bowl, add soda and mix with the oil mixture (the original recipe was 100 grams of flour, it took me 180 grams). Quickly knead the dough. Roll out the dough into a layer of ~6-7mm thick and cut out lace mugs with a mold. We put the crust on a baking tray with baking paper. Lubricate with a mixture of yolks+milk (I have lubricated only with milk). We bake in the warmed up oven at t-200-210 degrees ~12 minutes. We sprinkle sugar powder on the ready-made crust.
