These Silicon moulds are available in shops like Arife and other Bakery Supply shops where they sell bakery ingredients. You will get them around this season before Christmas. They are called Marzipan Moulds. For Marzipan/ Milk Cream Moulds you can also contact Fantasy Cake Shop on 8450929782, They will courier it to you.

Hi Lovitta instead of butter can’t we use sugar pdr or some dey flour to pat it n remove fm mould infact it is easier falls out quickly.

With Butter you will get the smooth finish, with sugar or flour the milk cream will look dusty.

If you add cashew paste or almond paste it will take more time to cook and chances of it getting darker in shade too. With cashew/Almond powder the mixture cooks faster as less water content in it. I hope this helps.

@garfinscreation I tried making with cashew paste since powder is not available where I live abroad. I used milk powder to make it more stiff. In the end the texture did not come smooth like a dough. The taste was perfect but my dough was a bit like sheera. It came Crumbly and white but not that powdery smooth texture that binds well . Should I just stick with cashew powder or should I have added little water and butter to my dough?

Best is non-stick pan, but you can use aluminum thick bottom pan too. Avoid steel and use Silicon spoon or spatula for stirring.

My cashew nuts released oil when I ground it will that effect the final outcome.

while grinding cashew nuts, just pulse and release the mixie button, don't grind it for long. Just pulse it few seconds and stop. The jar tends to become hot and the cashews too release oil, that when it becomes oily

It will remain fresh in air tight box for 15 days at room temperature. you can keep in fridge, but it will get sticky as it comes to room temp
