If its too soft, keep it back on the fire and stir for few more minutes till it leaves the sides, then spread it and let it cool. While cooling it will start drying and then you can mould it into shapes. Do let me know how it turns out dear

Hi, I have mentioned half the quantity recipe too in the description box. But in that too if you use just half cup of sugar you will not be able to combine all the other ingredients and it will become crumbly texture. It will not form a dough type.

Just spread it on a plate and let it dry. Eventually it will start drying and then knead it again. If its too much sticky, keep it on the fire and stir it for some more time till it leaves the side of the vessel and then remove and mould. Apply some butter to the moulds too, if sticks there

Oh so sorry to hear that. Just put it back on the fire and continue stirring for some more time, till it starts to leave the sides and then remove from fire and mould. Do let me know if this works for you
