i’m so happy to see you guys again. :) after a long, energy-filled, exhausting day, rest is what i need. the quiet. the scenery. the calming nature of everything you guys filmed. recently i’ve been feeling a bit bad, but there really is something about having your eyes opened. i should 100% spend more time being active, especially how it’s now break from school. tomorrow morning i want to go out and water my mom’s garden! also finish my laundry and just be. i had an undesirable headspace, but in the end, i remembered health is wealth. focusing on health, self-care, being with family, and just enjoying time is what i’ve kind of lost sight of! sorry for the rant, i just wanted to share what was on my mind :’) love you lots, milk and cloud! from a 3-year-old airie
