Red Velvet Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Eggs 2 Pieces
Sugar 180 gm
All-Purpose Flour 170 gm
Oil 135 gm
Yogurt 60 gm
Milk 50 gm
Lemon Juice 10 gm
Vinegar 4 gm
Baking Soda 5 gm
Baking Powder 5 gm
Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
Orange Essence ½ tsp
Milkyz Food Red Color As required
For Frosting
Icing Sugar 250 gm
Butter 250 gm
Cream Cheese 250 gm
Method
Take oil, milk, sugar, yogurt and eggs in a bowl and beat it well with the beater. Then add lemon juice and vinegar in it. Now add orange essence and vanilla essence in the mixture. Then add all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda in it. At the end add Milkyz Food Red Color and bake it at 170° for 25 to 30 minutes.
For Frosting: Beat butter and sugar well in a bowl till it comes fluffy. Now add cream cheese in it and use it for frosting of the cake.

Yar, professionals like these don't measure in cups but weights in grams. U just do one thing. Go to google and write grams to cups conversion. They will open up a bar with One part for amour in grams. You write that n enter, the next.moment , U will have its conversion in cups. Easy peezee... I do the same whenever I have any problem
