@@JavierSanchez-of7lf Yes I recieved it about 5 days after I placed the order in. The total was $684 with shipping. Shipping cost about $80. I did my research before I purchased this set. I was initially looking at the nitro mesh or donner 200 on Amazon. Both of those had good reviews but then I found the Millenum 850 and Tourtech m 22 that I liked more. I chose the millennium because they had better customer service and warranty. I was able to get on the phone with them right away to tell them to run my credit card again because it got declined for being a suspicios overseas transaction. If you look on the TourTech website, they don’t have contact number or email. Overall I’m very happy with the set and have no complaints.

Great video! I got the same kit early 2020 and thought someday I'd try connect it to a computer to record drums. Seems like it will work exactly as I expected as a midi device with a drum plugin on top in reaper! Also some decent playing at the end! I'm still only starting to learn haha.

Definitely tempted after seeing a bit more! I know you mentioned that you didn't use the inbuilt sounds very much, but how do they compare to any other modules that you've used before?

Hi Ben! Thanks! The sound is really not that bad, I may have been a bit too harsh, you can definitely make it work, but they do sound artificial to me. Rolands that I've tested have by far the best sound, but we're talking about 6-7K kits. Alesis sounds a bit more natural to me, but they're really not that far from what I managed to get out of the Millenium. They do have more voices though. I Hope this helps!

Hi dude i know im kinda late.... but i need some advice. Im an intermediate drummer i mainly do drum covers. I have some questions. 1. Are the sounds good for what i need it for ( in-home drum covers or maybe some small club gigs in the future?) 2. Is there any latency on these drums? I heard millennium has some problems with that. 3. Im 185. Idk how the kit would fit me?? Those are my concerns. Marshal Zhukov, I see you swapped guns for drums :) 1. The sound is - well, ok, not the best sounding module, but it does its job. For recording covers, I'd personally connect the set to EZ Drummer. For a club gig - hardly anyone will notice the sound difference. 2. I haven't experienced any latency whatsoever, and I use a super long cable to connect the drums to my fairly old computer. 3. The kit IS compact, but I got used to it pretty quickly, and I'm rather tall. In general - pros: cheap, durable with a variety of options. Cons: small pads, hitting the top of the cymbal to get the bell sound takes some time getting used to. Other than that, I haven't had any issues. Lastly, I haven't really played Nitro, only Crimson and Strike kits, so can't help you there. I hope this helps ;)

I'm thinking of getting an e-drum, and it seems this one fits the bill and is more than enough for a home-studio. Definitely, I also intended to go with a VST like EZDrummer, SSD, Superior Drummer, Addictive Drums, GGD, etc... as it brings the sound quality to a great level. If anything it looked a bit "tiny" but.. how tall/big are you Milan? (in cm. if possible) ;P

Hi Beni, I'm 196cm tall. The max height of the middle bar - where the smaller toms are installed - can be raised up to 75cm (I lowered the bar a bit). I hope this helps. Happy drumming!

Hey Amin, thanks! I would definitely recommend the 850, it's really great! I've had a chance to try out pretty much everything, from DIY e-drums, to over €5000 Roland hybrids, and this is a really good set. A drum carpet is a nice to have, but in no way - a must. I wouldn't recommend using the headset exclusively, because of health reasons, so here's what I'd get instead (assuming you've already got a PC, or a Mac): 1. A pair of near-field monitors (don't have to be insanely expensive - check out Adam, KRK, or Yamaha) 2. An external sound card (pretty much any Focusrite will do) 3. A pair of high-quality balanced monitor cables - to avoid noise 4. A USB extender (if your computer is far from the drum set) 5. Digital Audio Workstation (Reaper, Ableton, Logic Pro...) - if you want to record your drums 6. Optional: Toontrack's EZ or Supperior Drummer - for the sound library One important note: I can't recommend Thomann's support team enough - I contacted them a couple of times, and they were extremely quick and helpful with all of my queries, so if I missed something, I'm sure they would be able to help out. Have fun playing the drums!

Hi Ruben, thanks! Yeah, the set is definitely on the smaller side, but still very comfortable to play. I'm 1,96, and I didn't have to raise the toms bar to the max. Btw, the max height of the middle bar is 75cm.

Hey man, I have the same Millenium MPS 850 as u do, but unfortunately while I play and push down the high hat, I cant make that more "fluidic" high-hat sound by letting up the pedal, as I can on a classic drum set ? Hey András! Yeah, no, you can't . I was messing with it in the beginning, and I managed to get three diferent sounds from the hi-hat - fully closed, semi-open, open. It's one of the downsides of using an e-kit instead of the real thing, unfortunately.

I've also been looking at the Fame DD-One XT Professional kit which is slightly more expensive as they have some more sounds as an upgraded kit but it is a slightly larger kit & space is a major issue for me so it may very well be the Millenium kit! My other issue is the software EZ Drummer 2 which I was looking at, problem is I don't have a desktop pc or laptop, I just have an Amazon Fire Kindle 10 inch tablet ...... ive been trying to Google whether I would be able to use the Kindle to connect the drum sound software to the edrums? ..... would you happen to know at all?! Great drumming BTW...... couldn't tell you were a beginner, advanced maybe but definitely not a beginner!! 😁👏

Hi, thanks! I don't think you need an external audio, you should be able to connect it directly to the pc via usb, and there shouldn't be any latency, as the signal goes straight into the daw. Notice that I'm using "think" and "should" - I haven't used the ssd plugin, so can't say with 100% certainty, but it makes sense to think that it's gonna work the same as the ez drummer in reaper :)

Hi, no, you just connect the drum set to the computer and that's pretty much it. You then select the plugin of choice in the DAW, and use the drum set purely as a midi input device.

Hi! I just bought the same e-drum set but there is no sound coming out. The default headphones HP SIX does not fit in “phones” plug-in and without any headphones also I cannot hear when I play. Do I have to use the software and connect with it first?

Hi, congrats on a new set! I didn't get the headphones, so I don't know about the connection - it's a standard 6.35mm in the module. Maybe you got a 3.5mm connector with your headphones. You don't need to connect the drumset to the computer, it should work with the headset only.

I think you should be fine with just a standard UK 3-pin plug. The adapter is 110-240V. As for the height - yes, I’m on a taller side, so I had to lift it up pretty much as high as it goes :)

Hi, I'm not 100% sure if I got it right, but there are three different midi notes when you play the hi-hat - open, closed, and kinda in between. However, it still simulates the real hi-hat really well. I hope this helps.

Hi, first, you should connect your drum set to the computer using the usb cable. Then, make sure you have a computer that can run a Digital Audio Workstation (Reaper is a great choice for a cheap, reliable, but still robust DAW), and you should be set. As for the video recording, I personally use Adobe Premiere to edit my videos. I hope that helps.

Hi! I just bought this kit, but I’m running into a bug with the hi-hat controller (similar to this video: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/aKakZmpvbcdjrMU). I haven’t been able to find a solution, I was wondering is you have experienced the same and maybe have a solution or any ideas?

Hi Basdev! I checked it on my end just now, and I've got no issues whatsoever :/ Two things I would try would be to lower the hi-hat pad so it sits right above the switch (the switch being that moving spring thingy on top of the hi-hat controller), as it's extremely sensitive. Also, make sure the hi-hat pedal goes all the way down when you press it. The sound switches to the semi-open hi-hat as soon as the pressure is relieved. Let me know if this helps, and good luck!

It's a bit of a mixture - I'm a little bit on the taller side, and the kit is definitely a bit on the smaller side. Oh, and camera adds 10 pounds, or so they say! :)

Hi, I can say that I am hitting the mesh and the cymbals quite hard when playing, and they seem to be just fine. However, my definition of hitting hard and yours may be very, very different :) I'd definitely allow for some adjustment time if you're just moving from the acoustic drum set to the e-drum.
