The final boss: a giant, gentically modified lizard beast, merged with a space station the size of a small moon, which will crash into Earth if you don't beat it in four minutes. It was an experience. An experience that, for me, still holds up to this day.

Crush 40 is mainly formed by the producer of the game soundtrack, Jun Senoue (Guitar), and Johnny Gioeli (Vocals), vocalist of Hardline and Axel Rudi Pell. They had various drummers and bassist over the time but currently Akht and Takeshi Taneda are filling those positions respectively. Jun and Johnny they both are the composers of the band if I remember correctly, between the two they see what works but Johnny writes the lyrics for the songs

This game is called Sonic Adventure 2, it was released for SEGA's Dream Cast in 2001 but was later ported to the Nintendo Gamecube. Sonic is Japanese, its main games are developed there but they are heavily influenced by the United States, SEGA having another team there. The composer of the music for this game is Japanese, his name is Jun Senoue, he plays the guitar that sounds in this song, but the singer is American, his name is Johnny Gioeli, he and Jun form a band called Crush 40, you should listen to their songs, this band has composed many Sonic songs.

The Sonic series is my 2nd favorite video game series ever only behind Legend of Zelda but I will say the music of Sonic is my favorite video game music. It's also some of the most fun music to play as a drummer.

Lol new generation? This game came out 13 years ago. The game before this. Sonic adventure 1 was the start of having sonics main themes all being vocal/rock and roll. Highly recommend listening to "it doesn't matter" from both Sonic adventure. And adventure 2
