Soaking millet for just an hour will cause indigestion. Soak millets minimum 6-8 hours

Useful recipes. For Ragi Mudde, mix ragi flour in cold water and then add the mixture to the boiling water in the pan, this way there will be no lumps in the ragi mudde.
