You need to come down here and fish the lake that’s 2% full. There’s big ones but very limited access. You’d make a good video and maybe help the lake. Technically an irrigation lake but locals are trying to get them to stop draining it.

As a Bass fisherman myself,I love your vids,I’ve fished Lake Okeechobee a few times with a guide,( I’m from Ohio),our first time out we were out of bait and time,so Terry,our guide gave me the last shiner that was in the box,it was probably about 7-8 inches big,he was wrapping up the other rods and boom,bobber down.i managed to bring in and he landed my 11.2 oz Horse!! Here in Ohio if u see a six pounder you’re lucky,keep the videos coming!

Yes. It is. I grew up on the lake. He caught that DD at the exit of the marina. Lake is also super low right now. The road bed he mentions is on the south side of the lake behind the island.
