I bought the same exact saw from Mr. Lucas from justsenditsaws last June. That saw is a frikken beast. Especially living in the northwoods like I do. It absolutely just tears right through the hardwood that we have up here in the upper peninsula of Michigan. I love that the parts are interchangeable with the name brand Stihl.

That 660 is a beast 💪! I have a g372xp that I also run on the mill! I have a g288 husqvarna clone and a g880 stihl clone on the way! We are going to try them out on the norwood mill!

@@majorpixchannel7146 I bought my g660 for $375. Mr.Lucas even broke it in for me. The only thing that sucked about it was I had to wait till the middle of October to receive it because of the embargo that was happening off the coast of California. But all in all, super happy about it. I’d love to get the pro model. But my wife said If I were to buy another saw she’d kill me. Lmao. Keep rocking out these awesome videos 👍

Got a question. If you measure those planks you cut with calliers. How parallel is the top to the bottom? And how bad if any are the bumps across the surface? We recently bought a used wood kiln. About 1100 foot capacity. Want a band saw mill, but if this cuts true enough for me to plane down. Be a good start on my operation. We are building bee boxes and need a cheap steady supply of wood. So DIY me is going to jump way in over my head...

When set up correctly... it cuts as True as a bandsaw mill. It's truly more work and in the long run you are probably better off ordering a hm122 7hp from woodlandmills for about 3k to the door
