2 yrs of probation seems incredibly lenient, given the fact that -had his plan succeeded- his son would’ve had his life utterly obliterated. The punishment should reflect that imo

Maybe he just got old, and he was a credentialed fool. His success, as Grande points out, was a result of having the loudest youthful shtick. Let's not overlook the gibberish that our secondary education has always been. Even "Dr." T. Grande takes advantage of posting credentials that Timothy Leary excoriated so many years ago. Remember T. Leary only spoke once on the value of recreational drugs and thousands of times on the failure of Institutionalized psycho-social, credentialed, word salad. However the Mainstream Media was having none of it, and his counter narrative effort landed T. Leary in solitary confinement for a year. Remember, during the 2008 market collapse, despite years of abuse, fabled "Joe the Plumber", did better in stocks than the vaunted credentialed University Apes did with Endowments. This should not be laughably dismissed; attempts were made to create laws preventing "Joe the Plumber" from controlling his own money in stocks, as he was blamed for the decline. Meanwhile, over the years, Ontario Teacher's Pension Fund has grown to $300 BILLION by using Hedge Funds to destroy the Euro-centric social structure. I can go on for days on evil people with credentials.

My report back to my boss was clear and concise. It's smoke and mirrors and we needed to not spend another $ evaluating it. The good dr. is in prison now and I'm not surprised at all.

@@lololnope34567 I can sort of answer that. I've been in the 5% and I have been in starving artist mode. In terms of less stress and feeling more secure, you, of course, are right. It's nice to know that you can pay your bills and survive. In terms of more happiness, I'm not so sure because it's a mixed bag. When I was in the 5% I could buy whatever I wanted. Go out to the finest dining experiences, and take fun vacations with friends. So in some ways, I guess one could say it brings more happiness. The problem with having too much is it brings on a feeling of being overly self-satisfied. Superficiality can seep in if one isn't careful. Spirituality can suffer and get put on the back burner. Creativity can be replaced by purchase power. Marilyn Manson once said, "When all of your wishes are granted many of your dreams will be destroyed." This is true. I feel it's better not to be in the 1%-5% for that very reason. We stop dreaming and we start buying. We become consumers and forsake our own creativity. We become so self satisfied that we become our own little gods. A feeling of power starts to set in. In my opinion, it's far better to dream and to create. It's much more important to get closer to God. If one can balance their wealth then my hat off to them. But we were already warned. "It's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven." That should put it into perspective for us all. I say, give me the kingdom of heaven over this deceptive temporal existence any day, because that is where true treasure can be found:-)

Good morning, Dr. Grande! Donovan seems to be one of those "geniuses" who managed to acquire a fortune through his own efforts and became mentally unbalanced as time progressed. It appears that Donovan's children were attempting to blackmail him, one daughter claiming that he "offended against her." That wasn't exactly clear what she meant, but sexual abuse seems to be implied. As for the shooting, the evidence you provided suggests that Donovan himself staged it to frame his son, with whom his relationship with John Jr. hit rock bottom. How he only got two years' probation for filing false reports is beyond me. The fact that he only got two years in prison for attempting to take over his son's estate by submitting forged documents and falsified videos and tapes suggests that something is out of sync in our legal system. As for Donovan, I suggest that he will probably remain unbalanced for the remainder of his life, as his latest business proposals suggest.

Just as likely as not that his daughter imagined the "offense". There was a period of time when women were all told by their "therapists" that they were sexually abused. Just like in those fake child abuse cases where innocent people were railroaded to Prison over fake and shoddy prosecutions. I've come to be VERY skeptical, even with Biden whose daughter made some vague claims. As much as I dislike Biden, I'd have to have solid proof. You know, like a LapTop with all sorts of evidence (but then the Media and be bought off to ignore it). Did Biden rape that woman as claimed earlier? Maybe he did and it slipped his mind. But the days of BELIEVE all women are past. We entered the Twilight Zone and never left.

I appreciate the consistency Dr. Grande provides on this channel and his clarity of speech and analysis. Even if I don't agree with the good Dr on everything, I can still easily come to my own conclusions on each case, due to the objectivity/ known facts presented regarding each case. Thank you

No matter how much they didn't like their father, it was wrong for the kids to walk in his office and insist on taking his own business from him. If my kids didn't like me that much, then go on about your business and don't talk to me anymore. You don't get my business as a consolation prize.

@@mightymouse1005 that's accurate for some. But for multiple masters and especially a PhD, that doesn't really apply. You have to write a thesis, support it, present it, get grilled on it by a panel, etc. There's a lot more "critical thinking" that goes into a PhD/ professional degree than undergrad.

There is something fundamentally wrong with the law when a person can attempt to frame another for attempted murder, yet get sentenced only to probation when convicted. This goes also for knowingly false accusations of rape and other violent crimes. I believe that such accusers should face the penalty for the crimes they falsely accuse others of committing.
