From what i know, that building doesnt offer renting property. it is all buy out. the only way to live there "rent" is if you sign a contract where your rent money is going towards as a downpayment to where you end up buying the apartment in the future

I never learned how to save or invest growing up, and in my 20's I fell into the trap of massively overspending, not saving, and getting into credit card debt. I think it’s common for youtubers to blur other brands esp when they’re being sponsored by another brand but that depends on the rules of the sponsor. But yeah, it also depends on the youtubers when they don’t want to give free promotion on what they’re using/consuming but I doubt that’s Mai’s case cuz I’ve seen most of her vids. In Asia, some country they are very sensitive with camera. Ex: Korea, Japan,... Hiding them is the way of respect. She didn't blur her fan cause she has their permission. I love her simply cause i'm Vietnamese. Such a big proud to see how success and beautiful she is now.
