It was funny, as soon as you showed us the front door/entry area, I felt like this is a house I would buy! The feeling continued through the tour. Now I am bummed that I can't buy it, because I am in LOVE! 😍 I could totally see myself living there, and throwing endless parties in that lower level--adding lots of plants around the pool and a bigger bar. One of the rare times I see one of your houses that I would actually consider buying.....Thanks for sharing!

I LOVE THIS HOUSE!! I would very much like to live there and get lost in the views from every window! I would enjoy a glass of the plentiful wine stored in that wine cellar while sitting on the deck looking at the water winter or summer. Fireplace is amazing. THAT POOL!! No other words for it. What a house, and what a VIEW!!! I literally said out loud OH MY GOSH!!! when you first came across the pool! Hubby came running in to see what was wrong, and when he saw the pool, I had to restart the vlog again so he could watch from the beginning! Absolutely gorgeous house! One of my favorites! Loved the huge fireplaces and all that stone. The staircase downstairs was amazing, and so was the pool, the master bath and kitchen. I loved how every window was a picture frame for the scenery. Did you see the totem pole in the back yard? Very cool. Awesome video. 👏👍❤🇺🇸

This house is lovely is so many ways. All the nature surrounding it was beautiful as well. Really impressed with the suprises such as the pool and the nice architecture. Those stone floorings, old built ins, Wood beams, that wine rack was huge too. Nice tour!

So.. I think a large part of what we really enjoy about your videos is your personality, how you talk about what you're into or don't care for about each location. You're interesting to listen to and we enjoy you talking about the architecture, the designs of whatever generation, you always point out the interesting pieces. Here in the deep south the shutters are called Plantation Shutters. I lived in CA and these same shutters were referred as California Shutters. It's pretty much where a person lives as to what they are called. Great video, such a beautiful house! That walking closet was the bomb! The views of the lake ....impressive! I would love to own such a house!

Fabulous house, on a fabulous lot! I can't even imagine how much the property itself must be worth! Just one little note: the burgandy light over the spiral staircase is probably an antique. My mother had one exactly like it, and she always said that it was "cranberry glass". The owners must have liked it in and of itself, because it was a different style than any other light fixture in the house, yet they had it in probably the most notable location in the house. Would love to live there. Will be interesting to see what happens to the property. Thanks Ethan.

Its a good futuristic home of the 60s era i could just imagine this being featured in BHG and other magazines. Southern Ontario gal here.. fun for me to try and wonder where you are exploring in Ontario. The parquet (if I spelled that correctly) flooring was very 70s but in a cool way. I always love your explorations. This house is really incredible. You always look around and show us everything. The windows and their views from each and every one are awesome. I watched someone else the other day, the spent a long long time looking at pictures of the previous occupents. The picturs were blurry and sun bleached and too far away to see. While it was interesting, not much time was spent taking in the architecture and other aspects of the house. Anyway...you are always tuned into what we would like to see. Always be safe Ethan. So much to see and appreciate. I loved the cabinets in the kitchen. Very classy. Amasing how the incorporated the old appliances into the new cabinetry. Ive never seen anything like the focal point in the livingroom. I actually thought it was just stone put together by a skilled mason. I'm glad you showed that it is a fireplace, I was totallly shocked by the pool. Even the garage cabinets were nice. I guess someone had plans to sculpt something with the tree...red cedar I think. Thanks for sharing. If I had gotten too old to maintain it...I would have turned it into a vacation rental. Thay way earn $ and still own it. I consider it to be a mansion, just not a standard one.

Ethan you're right it was ahead of its time. This home is still considered mid-century modern, even in the late sixties. The stone floors, I feel like the homeowner did it themselves because there's some aspects of it that aren't that professional like the trim around the stone work. Especially with the stairs going to the lower level...but still beautiful none the less!
