I just watched this video for my geography class, and it is very sad to see the anxiety and struggle of the faces of those who must deal with this adversity. I really hope things will change for Lake Chad and its people who depend on it. 🙏

This is very sad to see. Look at this from the bigger perspective, we have multiple large lakes going dry. Lake Chad, Lake Mead, Great Salt Lake, the Dead Sea..those aren’t just a few that ate drying up. Now look at the resources impacted by each of these systems..We have a very serious issue going on here and it’s global.

Planting 2 - 3 million tress is not sufficient, It´s needed to plant 1 - 2 milliard trees ..... do something .... help yourself and the Highest Meteorological entity will help you too ....

Al Jazeera needs to specify between 'climate change' and 'global warming'... currently the video titles seem to use the terms interchangeably, and they don't mean the same thing....
