Great vid, did you notice the bluestone gutters in the Main Street (near Tonic)? Always amaze me how they cut and shaped such hard stone so precisely. Regional towns with great accommodation, and quality food! All of my favourite things! If your into your wine, I’d like to see some winery action.

Was there not so long ago and also had lamb cutlets at the pub Breakfast at the Providore was probably the best breakfast roll I have ever had

The best steak I've had in recent years was in the Panorama Motel on the way into Bathurst. Nothing has compared yet
