It’s quite impressive. If we had managed to make The Den a proper multi event venue then it would be even more impressive and useful. But the most impressive thing is how quickly the lights can be manipulated into a sequence that flexible.

In all honesty, not as tacky as I was expecting it to be. As for those booing, maybe they would prefer that the club shelled out a heap of money to replace the lighting and the company that supplied them should take their free lights and sponsorship money and piss off to Palace or Charlton

The company who did the lighting are their sponsors.... "In addition to the MaxAmaze logo adorning the Lions kit home and away for the rest of the campaign, extensive work has been underway at The Den during the international break to replace the lighting systems with brand-new LED floodlights and stand lighting." So they are getting money for the sponsorship and the lighting was all free which helps them do other non-football events in future. Apparently they don't have to contractually do the light show but it's helping them to draw attention to the sponsors which should help with further sponsorship money

It’s all right booing them but Millwall are forced to do something because the f.a has designated that they have to put something on it’s not what they wanted but are forced to do it by f.a law
