Oops, did I say last time we'd be tackling the Goat Track this time around? Bummer, I forgot 'A Man's Gotta Eat'. Not something a bloke can forget when he's travelling blokes like Paul 'MrLandcruiser' Reid and 'SMART' Richard who don't mind a chow down.
Still, plenty of people say they miss my cooking shows so if that's you, or you know someone, this clip will get you going. It's a simple roast lamb meal that's absolutely delicious. I cooked it in a Hillbilly Camping Gear spun steel camp oven too. Having cooked in camp ovens more times than most, I haven't used one of these things that often and I can't believe how easy it was to use. Pity I didn't have a couple when I was cooking for shearers in the day. Had all the sheep in the world back then too
Right, but before dinner there's a chance to try out the LightForce spotties and LED bar on camera for those who haven't seen what real light can look like. If you're thinking that the stock lighting does alright too then that's because it's not stock at all, it's those fabulous Ignite 7" LED substitutes that have really lit up my world. Indestructible, brilliant and economical on power, these inserts are the best thing since Toyota built the 40!
So what does all all this mean mean? It means next time we get to go try the Goat Track, that's what. Good thing this Roothy KZbin Channel is free to subscribe too hey? Subscribe to the channel and click the notify bell to make sure you don't miss out on any of the action with Milo 2 On Test - Built Not Bought!!

Thanks John, was great to catch up when you were in Melbourne - wish you weren't so busy. My roast lamb in the hill-billy up on the Taponga river at Easter turned out just as good - had some of the family and a few of the grandchildren with me and copped some rave reviews. Gotta love the hill-billy.
