I ended up here after trying to read Milroy myself. The language of the facts was so archaic that I could not figure out why Lord could have vested in the trust while he was the Attorney but ended up in such a mess. Now, everything makes sense.

I agree that the case is very difficult to read. So long as you understand the key passage by Turner LJ you will be fine.
