What does your kit look like? Conventional Infantry? or SF?
@adrenalineactual42612 жыл бұрын
At the time of this event we had not set a specific standard on kit. If it were to be compared to anything, it would resemble a lite long range SF kit. I was wearing an airframe with peltors, Haley DC3R chest rig and flat pack, with a belt system I cannot recall. I was on a Block 1.5 kick hence the older style rifle/ optic combo. Our current loadouts are SOP driven by the group we have aligned with. That kit is highly specialized and customized for fit and finish. All of us use either Crye AVS’s, SPC’s, JPC’s and various chest rigs (different mission sets), maritime helmets and Ronin, Eagle or Ferro Concepts belts. Nearly all of us are using the M4 with the URGI rail and mid to long range optics. I know that was a long answer to a short question, but answers it specifically.

@@adrenalineactual4261 I'm really considering it, really miss the force on force action during missions. Gonna have to reconnect with the milsim community here in Michigan. Cant stand some of the cringy non milsim type games that go on.

Rory My guys use our local field as our Milsim prep grounds. We try our hardest to work on squad movements, communication and cohesiveness, which tends to help keep it a little less cringy lol.

Why is everyone here so salty? It was a good time and they didn't get a chance to fight much, so why wouldn't they be gung ho about doing so?
@Herbile75 жыл бұрын
Because everyone likes to hate on NATO. Its the cool thing to do any more. They fail to realize that a number of NATOs might be first timers who only had NATO kits (as that is the most common kit) and might be a bit green to the LARP aspect of a lot of these games. So instead of helping to teach them and make their next one better, they instead want to rag and put themselves on high horses.
@levvy30065 жыл бұрын
@@Herbile7 NATO only gets hate because they have bad sportsmanship and cheat.
@Herbile75 жыл бұрын
@@levvy3006 a very broad response from someone with an obvious bias. Frankly over my years of playing I can't say that either side is better/worse than the other. Both sides cheat equally. Nato players tend to get a bit more serious about their role/roleplay while the Russians have more fun with it. Russians tend to sling more hate/insults towards nato but frankly often times nato command gives then reason to do so. I have seen just as many salty and pissy Russians as I have NATO. It's surprisingly balanced in terms of cheatyness.
@tumortim6665 жыл бұрын
@@Herbile7 Solid disagree, RUSFOR takes the roleplay element more seriously than NATO at these events, no question about it.
