Blanks or no, I don't think it's completely safe firing at and towards a "enemy" with a real weapon. Even with checks and everything in mind. Just would take one mistake and poor circumstances to lead to a unfortunate event. I don't really mind for the immersion but why not just shoot it at the ground or up in the air. Just an opinion, never seen or been to a game where this has happened.

I have a few questions: what is the point of blanks when you cant hit anyone with them? Is the place purpose built or were those houses once inhabited? I can see that there are toilets and stuff but if they were once lived in why has no one come in and ripped out the copper? Also I heard that these things last ages, what if you get shot at the start of the weekend are you completely out? what kind of ranges can you get with the guns? I have owned pistols in the past but there not really good past 30yards ish cause the accuracy's shite. Also the 50.cal, pretty sure a 50cal bb would do some serious damage. If anyone can answer any of them much appreciated :)

Blanks are just for immersion, a guy was hired to be shooting them and wasn't really playing competitively. The houses were once inhabited, just luck that no one looted them. Designated medics can heal you when you get shot. Those are all the answers I have
