While it is pretty cool to see that the US civil war ended because of china. But like, how do they ended so quickly. You've stated that there is a faction that is extreme right wing. They've could support china, you couldn't just ended a civil war like that. I've think what you're missing here is the fact that there is no sub-plot for the 2nd American Civil War. My point is that you make that part of the story to be un immersive. What happened to the confederate? You can't just said that the government wins easily. A civil war is bloody no matter what it is, you've even stated that in the first episode. You've should improve that part of the story or even change it. it really bothers me as a storyteller.

What cartel?? Mexican? Isis does not have any kind of navy except maybe some large fishing boats that obviously would never cross an entire ocean. Otherwise if you are not referring to Mexico cartels then WHO exactly are you talking about?
