That’s a very unsafe way for Professor Weirdo to use the portable ladder by standing on the top rung, luckily he didn’t fall off. This was a very common way to use portable ladders in 1960s cartoons. 1:07-1:37. Fourth comment, yay! 🎉😊🎉

The cannon balls from the tank damaged the roofing material which is considered to be Presumed Asbestos Containing Material/PACM along with the wall material which might have lead in the paint. 4:09-5:45
