Just bought me the this brad nailer, I’m not a contractor but I really like Milwaukee tools to do little jobs in my house, Am I gonna be using this gun all the time? NO!! but will come handy anytime I need it, plus…. I enjoy these toys.
@NWGR4 жыл бұрын
I need this in my life. The brad nailer is amazing, and I'm happy with the m12 stapler. I can't wait for the m12 pin nailer that uses the same firing mechanism as the m18 nailers. That will probably end up being my most used tool.

Not as fast as pneumatic but still great for locations where a compressor isn’t ideal. Milwaukee is essentially the one stop shop for all cordless tools. The 23 gauge is the best of all brands. The only gun they don’t have which would be perfect is the medium crown 7/16 16 gauge nailer at least holding 1 3/4 nails but ideally 2 inch nails. The power drive mechanism required can’t be too different from the framing gun they have now so power shouldn’t be a problem. That’s really the only reason I am not switching yet.

@56floorer4 жыл бұрын
I have the stapler, I like it, I'd buy it again, the power, the depth gauge, battery life, all good. But......I use it for installing hardboard (underlayment) sheet size is 1225mm (roughly 48") by 914mm (roughly 36") to go under vinyl sheet / planks, it replaces compressor etc. For hardboard manufacturer's recommendation is one staple every 25mm (1") around the edge and about 30 staples through the middle. Using bump mode (love it) guess how long a mag full of staples last? Desperately needs a bigger magazine. Also the trigger is too small, needs to be longer with a smoother curve (big enough for two fingers even), bouncing staples rapidly becomes very uncomfortable especially with actual thousands to do. Re switching itself off, if you keep using it or use it regularly it stays on, so in any practical circumstance it's fine. My critical comments are hopefully helpful and (cross fingers) maybe Milwaukee will take notice because in the main this tool is good and could be fantastic.

Hi TRZ, I like the new Milwaukee m18 stapler. This one i have to disagree with you. I like how the power stays on. I have the milwaukee m18 brad nailer and i wish it did the same thing. I had the DeWalt 20v brad nailer and it was nice that you didn't have to keep turning it on like the Milwaukee. The only reason i sold my DeWalt nailer was that rev up flywheel motor. It was annoying when working inside. Still, it's a great brad nailer. The milwaukee is quite which i like when working inside. I do hope milwaukee redesign their 15g angle finish nailer to look like the DeWalt. I like the DeWalt design much better then the Milwaukee. Especially the front tip on the DeWalt. Thanks for the video Happy Easter
