I haven't gotten my hands on one yet and am just going off what I've seen online. Looks like a good universal ratchet if it comes with the 1/4 and 3/8 inserts. The pass thru option might not get alot of use, but when you do use it I'm sure you'll be glad you bought it. I'll buy one as soon as I can and post about it for sure.
