Rammer? It's a jumpingjack/whacky/pound pound/bobber/poundy tool/up-up-down. A Rammer he says 🙄

They’re brand names of this type of tool cuzbo! Ohhhh wait, do I sense some sarcasm?

I don't need MX, but I kinda want MX. Good thing it's so expensive that I can't afford it. LOL

I really want that plate compactor!!! 🤣
@charliehuntsman98279 ай бұрын
Make a battery powered Tamper for RR . You make a high powered Battery powered impact that we use alot more than running our hydraulic impact and we don't half to deal with running the hydraulic lines off the truck and such so alot less tripping hazard and safer
@jstpsgthru10 ай бұрын
Vince, how much do compactors (1k lb?) rent for? I'm wondering if purchasing for a couple of jobs, then renting it out would be workable. Is this compactor pretty bomb proof, being battery operated?
@VCGConstruction10 ай бұрын
Hey they’re very good questions! Imma work something up to show how I’d determine if the investment makes sense!

mx is awesome.

Quite frankly, I'll stick with my plate compacter @ $1300. With a Honda motor. Jeez $5500. Is just Nutz

Honestly jbird if the cost don’t make sense, then it don’t make sense! I can see your point! 👍🏻

Yooo Matt was nice to see you at the show…. But honestly would have liked to spend more time catching up brother! I love what you’re doing on social media and especially KZbin, we gotta get together and make some videos!

What happened to the goatee...did Milwaukee come out with a beard trimmer?

No offense, but $2499 just to pump water? That is insane!
@VCGConstruction10 ай бұрын
No offense taken, I appreciate everyone’s opinions! What do you use to pump out large volumes of water currently, if you don’t mind me asking?
@louisd9571410 ай бұрын
@@VCGConstruction I never mind any questions, and I also wanted to say you are one of my favorite channels! But to answer your question, I have never been that situation to pump out so much water in desolate areas. But if I was in that position, I would look for either something gas powered or if close by an electric model that runs off of AC, because chances are those are much less expensive. For clarity, I don't work in the trades, so I might have spoken out of my butt hole :)

Nah Louis you proposed traditional solutions which have been the “go to” for years! Appreciate your feedback!

Fail? I dont see a fail. Maybe a personal opinion on a safety feature having a slight delay. Imagine the damage it would do if it continued😮...

Milwaukee made gas powered versions of these tools?
@TomGuimond10 ай бұрын
@@VCGConstruction A execution time of 25 minutes is in my opinion quite correct because I don't think that workers will use this kind of tool longer than 25 minutes in a row as are quite physical tools (demanding on the body) so in summary even with a gas version I don't think anyone will use this type of tool for 40 minutes- an hour in a row

Those are some pricey tools. 6500 for ramer. Not sure about that.

Way overpriced for my concrete company , can purchase three gas jumping jacks for the price of one of Milwaukee, and the plate tamper
@VCGConstruction10 ай бұрын
Ay… if it costs too many dollars then I don’t make cents! All kidding aside, costs x necessity = if you should invest! Sounds like battery operated don’t work in your equation! Keep doing what’s working for you my friend! 👍🏻
@Jagstah7 ай бұрын
You complain about the cost but this is a great tax write off 🤷🏻♂️ Rather it go into tools that will make me money then to give it to Uncle Sam. Sorry UNC 😅
