Is where my Dad bought a house and raised our family. Starting in 1964. Till 1976 then we moved to Franklin. And that's where I finished highschool. In 81'. The rest is history. I'm old now and death is closer every day. And I have to be at work at 4 am .. LoL. Pay taxes and die. And they tax us on that.

This doesn't really look sketchy or like "the hoods" I'm used to seeing. It looks like a working-class area with industrial decline, but at least half the houses aren't boarded up and abandoned like so many other troubled cities. Some of those duplexes looked new and well built!

Some parts of Milwaukee are clean looking ghetto areas. There are landlords that don't give a chit how their properties look, & other slumlords make sure the paint & landscaping's on point; yet the inside can have roach & rodent problems plus more.
