Playing a bassline along other keyboards parts it's a matter of exercise, exercise and again exercise. And when you're done exercise some more times :-) And still today it's quite difficult for me and I'm not absolutely able to improvise when playing this way. To make this video I did dozens of takes, I spent an entire afternoon to make it.

Maybe could appear strange after watching this video but yes, I'm not a professional :-) Professionals play their instruments naturally, they think a musical phrase and their hands go on the keys automatically, without having to care about the correct keys to press, the correct timing, the fear of errors, etc. They're natural, it's like when you're trained with the computer keyboard after years and years of writing. You think a word or a phrase, and your hands automatically write it with the keys, without having to look at the keyboard to seek them, if you see what I'm meaning. I'm still missing this form of naturalness when playing keyboards. And, above all, professionals make their own music, a thing which right now I'm not able to do. What you see in this video (and in all the other of mine) is the mechanical result of hours and hours of praticing the song. I'm going thru it mechanically, not naturally.

mima14031985 Yes i used to play guitar mechanically. Too bad i lack naturalness but that doesn't mean i don't have skill. I quit guitar because of a stupid person in my family that once thought someone who can't immediatly play a song they lack tallent. But a person who can hear a harmony and reproduce it on an instrument or vocally and mantain a steady tempo they got tallent.
