Of course, she danced when she saw Mimi & Papa! And then she tried to dance on her knees to get back to them from the family room! So funny. Is your brother still talking to whomever cut his hair? We are all getting better at doing that at home. The pandemic is giving us new skills that we could have been doing from home and saving money and time on all along. You should take some time with your family to show them around a bit and look at Christmas lights and watch football or whatever at home and relax. Everyone has to go back to work when the holiday is over. Not to mention, aren't your parents the hosts, along with their future son-in-law's parents, of the wedding that is happening over the winter? So, they have a lot to do plus working and running a home and having a marriage of their own to live out their way now that their children are grown. Hope your grandparents are staying safe in Florida. The new strain of the pandemic virus is supposed not more deadly, but is 70% more infectious, which means it can invade and thus infect and even kill, if they have comorbidities, that many more people. It has spread all over the planet already. And the virus has been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier, so it's a worrisome disease and gets more so weekly. This is why it was important for science to reclassify it as a vascular disease that happens to hit the lungs hard because of the ACE2 receptors there and other places, like the mouth. Well, we all know wee ones are majorly judgmental about new hairdos, haircuts, hair colorings, etc. Some babies don't even recognize their own parents with rollers in their hair or a new haircut or a beard gone. Toddlers are just plain critical. It is funny, though they do need to learn how not to be rude. And there's Joe cleaning-up Jackson. LOL. If you can't handle the mess, keep a hose at hand and ready for action! Forget bidets in the bathroom/water closet! Don't you think it would be much more practical for highchairs to come with little shower heads so you can just rinse the babes down after meals? A little trough underneath to catch the water. I think it's a bit excessive, but I do know rational people who strip their kids down to diapers to eat until they get more civilized about it. LOL. Why is it called Battlefield Country Store? Are they near Manassas, Manassas Junction, Antietam, Antietam Creek or other major Civil War battlefield? A real milkshake, let alone an especially good one, is hard to come by nowadays. Enjoy. Love Mimi's boots and Papa's Santa socks. There's a deal: leftover pizza and sandwiches for supper. That puzzle may take their entire visit to complete. It could be one you laminate and put in Jackson's room since it will go with the theme. Outerwear needs to come off when you get indoors because it retains cold air from outside. And your body will not adjust properly to its warming properties if you wear it indoors where it is not needed to keep you warm. Very bad in terms of survival skills for cold environments. Teach the kids good survival skills, not ones based upon what you think looks cute or seems an easy warm-up, which it isn't at all. If you liked their coffee, remember that local coffee shop, which probably needs your business way more than worldwide mega-corporation Starbucks does. We are all trying to support local shops and services to help keep fellow citizens afloat through this horror story. It's not a small thing to remember them and do that. Even go get a few dozen coffees, well-labelled, and take them to a local hospital for the staff as a 'thank you' for all the death-defying work their staff is trying to do to keep us all alive and well and getting even some run-of-the-mill medical services. Take goodies, too, if they sell things to eat with one's beverage, like pastries. Late morning and late afternoon are normal times to feel a bit of a slump in energy. Pilot bail-out? I don't think the Air Force will want Riley. LOL. Ryan had no clue he had Peppa Pig in his future! The Yeti is a cooler. It is not a run-of-the-mill tote bag. Like the mugs, it is intended to retain cool &/or heat. It might be well to read about it, so you don't misuse it or use it without proper containers inside it. The clue is that the Yeti is the Abominable Snowman aka the Missing Link, somehow seen in lore as found in cold climes and most often glimpsed and reported to authorities in Washington State among all the places on earth where there could be a sighting. Can't Riley be complimented on her cupcake icing without everyone having to be graded, so that some are not as good as others? She just needs to be the very best Riley she can be and do the best job she knows how to do. Glad to see your family visiting and enjoying the babies.
