She is definitely a young player and she definitely is progressing,you can see she is nervous here and you can hear it in her playing but I give her all the credit in the world for going up there. I think all these youtube players that can play with a backing track and do have talent need to play with other people. Thats the tru right of passage as a musician,to be able to play with others

That audience got a double-dose of pure talent...TWO talented combined rhythm/lead guitarists on stage at the same time THAT night, "working it out", on Pride and Joy. Great "call & response", BOTH of you, with slightly different styles. Sounded GREAT !!! 'Did Dallas proud, Mimi...and solid bass player...knew when to "get in", and when to "step out of the way"... I used to play at Cadillac Pizza in McKinney at the blues jam Wednesdays and Thursdays. tommy was there. That place looks almost identical. Great job Mimi.
