I do love how art or the act of discussing art and creativity or planning or idea-crafting is one of the few ways I find I am able to emotionally regulate or centre myself. Art in the form of writing (mostly short stories and flash fiction) are what I do or at the very least what I try to do on some kind of a regular basis; as I have noticed when I don't I tend to have more intense or prolonged depressive episodes and I feel kind of aimless/purposeless. I do create with the intention and understanding that my work that I publish will be viewable to others; regardless of whether or not it gets feedback or interaction. I don't seek to create or write for a crowd of faceless and unknowable people; I write because I enjoy the activity and process as much as I enjoy the end result.
