I was overseas in Guam when that joint dropped and they would play it to death in the dance clubs. It was definitely a banger💯

Mims blew up hella quick. Everyone was listening to his jams. That one album was so fire 🔥. Music is My Savior 💯💯 "I can make a Mil saying nothing on the track " Man predicted the future. SoundCloud rappers got rich spitting out straight trash.

You can tell that Mims is a smart man who learned from trial and error and that first album he put out was fire and slept on at the same time because it should have sold more units overall. And on a side note I have a you tube channel type in Russell Mills May 22, 2017

I think what might’ve ended his career is when he said on this is why I’m hot “I can make a million saying nothing on the track”. Jay Z for some God awful reason had a big problem with that line. He was in a interview just bitching about that line. MIMS ain’t steal it or nothing. But Jay was mad. To this day I still wanna know what that shit was about.

Ppl don't seem to understand that as much a mecca nyc is socially n financially its hip hop sound always been more underground then commercialized radio friendly mainstream. That's basically why the whole tri state as a region been stagnated over the last 20 years cuz they been cut off and been forced to conform or stay underground to a degree
