Easy Upholstery-Louis XVI(NOT Queen Ann style) chairs-roadside recycle

I found these chairs on the road. I picked them up only because of how easy they are to reupholster. Then I left them sitting outside because I didn't have space in my workroom for them and that actually helped the stripping process.
This could actually be a NO-sew project. I just made it more complicated by putting in a racing stripe.

Steel wool “0000” is the finest steel wool and used in furniture refinishing because it cleans the wood without scratching. Hardware stores carry it.

I am glad I combed through to this video. I have two chairs like this, in really great shape I just want a fabric change but I do not want to mess with the fabric that exist there already. This gave me a way to approach the chairs I have. Another great informative video. 🎯💞
