The court issued a preliminary injunction because there was not enough evidence and time to investigate, so they want this matter resolved in the main lawsuit. MHJ’s police investigation hasn’t even started; however, her live conference has damaged not just other groups’ images but also NewJeans’ image, inciting people to protest against her and NewJeans. Her breach of Adore’s trust is only a matter of time. Fans are fighting and hurting each other. MHJ and NewJeans fans are attacking Illit with unbearable comments, demanding the cancellation of the lawsuit against MHJ. MHJ planned to attack Hybe before Illit debuted, but she was using Illit as one of the reasons for her coup d’état plan. The whole point of this incident is that MHJ is creating too much distress for all groups, including NewJeans, to cover up her investigation. I didn’t know who MHJ was before, and I don’t want to know about her, but she is everywhere in the news and on KZbin, spreading negativity. She is not a good influence on NewJeans and K-Pop.

MHJ panicked after HYBE started an audit on ADORE, and she started a media war against HYBE. MHJ started the scandal, acting as a poor woman, terrified by her evil men bosses, because she made her job. MHJ wanted to win people emphathy and to make HYBE to be "stoned" by the media and Korean people. Unfortunately, MHJ didn't get what she wanted, people didn't support her and didn't turn on HYBE. At the second press conference, MHJ changed her look, because she targeted different people, her hysterical image didn't penetrate the public opinion as she wanted, so changed her behavior. She acted like a normal, average worker women, who wants to live a peaceful life, and to enjoy her work. The part with I won the battle with HYBE, and the court showed that I'm innocent, that was part two of MHJ people manipulation. MHJ and her lawyers edited and took out of context parts of the judge decision and presented as her major victory. They didn't say that, what the judge said about MHJ trying to get the right to terminate NJ contracts, MHJ trying to increase the put opinion value, the fact that even she didn't get to make a breach of trust movement, MHJ planed against HYBE, and betrayed HYBE. All that facts, can be turned in poison for MHJ, because can be used by HYBE in the criminal trail as an evidence since a judicial court stated in the decision.

She is vicious and this whole thing is bigger than most people think because she had macol consulting help her with her press conference and they appear to be somehow linked to Tencent who own a little over 17% of netmarble who in turn is the second biggest shareholder within HYBE. There is this really great Korean reporter who reports on this whole issue on K-pop shock. It is said that Tencent wants HYBE and that it has been adamant in doing so one way or another. Read this as you wish but it seems that MHJ is in cahoots with the Chinese because of the big time money this would mean for her future plans and endeavours. It is also said that this latest mess between her and HYBE has provided some other competitive companies with a golden opportunity to bring down HYBE so I will leave it at that. Also it is no secret that in her ‘freedom plan’ she was determined to use some contacts in the media to proceed with her smear campaign so add the toxic trolls she empowered through her narcissistic manipulation in her press conference - we have a colossal bombardment of accusations, manipulation of words, falsehoods, defamation, supposed scandals and controversies and misinterpretations. The belift lab announcement has been deliberately mistranslated and misconstrued. Over 100 k troll comments and dislikes were garnered in less than 5 minutes into it being released. Korean Americans that know the language and are level headed in their analysis confirm that the announcement was professionally presented and detailed but unsurprisingly the company got trashed! Now what I personally believe is the company as a whole need to tighten the reins a bit because they are all proving a little amateurish in their responses in that in this instance Belift should have actually provided English subtitles when they released their announcement! They didn’t so now there are twitter or X accounts and other platforms incorrectly reporting what was said. They are actually spreading downright falsehoods‼️ I recommend that people with some level headed way of thinking refer to channels Asian Entertainment and culture as well as SEOULITETV. K-POP SHOCK IS ALSO A GOOD ONE. This is going to be a lengthy battle but I hope that with time HYBE, SOURCE MUSIC and BELIFT are able to expose and sue all the main players in this whole takedown effort‼️‼️‼️

I totally agree with you. She just gives off an eerie feeling that just ain't right in my book. Narcissistic is the nicest word I can use at this point. I wonder if she understands that without the backing of Hybe and promoting NJ as a 'sister group' to BTS that level of success NJ now has would not exist.....let's be real. Misinformation. Hybe does NOT have to pay all her legal bills. Generally, the costs of litigation include filing fees (courts require you to pay a fee to file a lawsuit. It’s usually quite modest between $25 USD to $250 USD), service of process fees (this can be around $100. in this case, MHJ will be responsible for 99.5% of her attorneys fees and Hybe will be responsible for 0.5%.

I have never trusted and I know that some people will support her because they have unresolved issues with Hybe, however, I do believe she shouldn't be anywhere near any of the employees of Hybe and most importantly, anywhere near any member of BTS. I know I can't stop them from doing what they want, however, I am very sure if anyone said anything about shamans towards me, my parents, siblings, friends, grandparents would tell me never to associate with them at all. So I will leave that job to their parents and maybe their partners to tell them. I am sure Bang doesn't have to highlight that out for them. They have seen it by themselves. If Bang ever forgives her, I still feel that he would be very cautious about who she associates with. And for BTS members, if she talked about us like that, that would be an explicit no go to her at anyone time. I would do whatever it takes to avoid her - whatever it is that was both black and white magic she was doing right there.

HYBE's and BELIFE LAB's credibility keeps getting worse and worse. Their video claiming that NewJeans "Ditto" plagiarized NMIXX's "Love Me Like This" choreography, despite the fact that "Ditto" came out months earlier than "Love Me Like This", was quite a snafu. And BELIFT LAB also got caught Photoshop altering pictures in order to make it look like that NewJeans photo shoots copied groups like GFriend and TripleS only made it more apparent that BELIFT LABS and HYBE are willing to fabricate "evidence" in their war with MHJ/ADOR. I really did not know whose side to be on, either HYBE and BELIFT or with MHJ and ADOR. Up until recently, for me, it was a "he said, she said" sort of situation and I was waiting to see what sort of evidence would be released. But dirty tactics like Photoshopping evidence is really making me doubt HYBE/BELIFT's credibility now.

you need to know that plagiarism is a legal term and it takes a lot to prove that especially with individual dance moves, popular looks and so on. BE LIFE took great pains to explain this and to show that all groups use certain steps and that is not plagiarism. They also made a point of showing individual steps from other groups and New Jeans to make their point but about how individual steps can look alike but were also carefully saying they are not accusing New Jeans of plagiarism. That is something MHJ doesn't do still. If she does something no matter who else has already done it its original if some one else does the same thing it's plagiarism

I’m sorry, but I have to disagree with you there. NJ are still very young and impressionable and I can see based on MHJ’s behavior, that she is emotionally manipulative. It’s not that big of a stretch to believe she’s influencing those girls and grooming them to do whatever she wants them to do. Some people would say that MHJ is grooming, the girls, but at the same time would say that the girls are not innocent… It has to be one or the other it can’t be both she’s a groomer and the girls are not innocent. I’m not saying that you are saying that, but there are people that feel that way, but it doesn’t make sense. Ultimately MHJ is the problem, not the girls who MHJ claims to be “her children”. When you think about it, It’s even grooming behavior to call them her children and to call herself “NJ’s mother”, because one has to wonder does she called them her children when she speaking to them directly? You have to wonder these things and then look at what NewJeans is doing in support of MHJ and then ask yourself are they being emotionally manipulated? Is there a possibility of that? Just something to think about.

Dans ce genre de situation, au début, la victime fait tout ce que lui dit le manipulateur, et à force de côtoyer ce manipulateur tout le temps, de boire ses paroles comme de l'Évangile, la victime fini par adopter la philosophie de son manipulateur (cette philosophie vise toujours à faire des choses illégales et a raconter des mensonges autour de soit). NJ et leurs parents sont à ce stade et en plus il y à de l'argent à gagner, et crois le, pour l'argent ils iront aussi loin que possible. Dans ce genre d'état psychologique rien n'arrête ces personnes à part la prison. Dans certains cas ça va jusqu'au meurtre parce que ces gens n'ont plus la notion du réel, du bien ou du mal. Tout leurs actions vont dans un seul et même sens, celui du manipulateur. Moi je te donne des arguments fondés sur la logique et des cas similaires. @@bree4916 Your missing the main and most vital point here. given everything you've just said, don't you see it's the adults in this situation who are the problem here? 1st MHJ is manipulative, theres no denying that, 2nd the parents are either not smart enough to see through her manipulation tactics, or they are willing participants of this whole mess, and are only concerned about money, and 3rd NJ are the victims in all of this. My sole concern is the young girls who are being strung along and most likely told to support MHJ while being fed a bunch of lies about how she is the only one who really cares about them and wants them to succeed. I feel like the girls see her as their liberator, and if that's the case, then you HAVE to ask why? If I were a father to one of those girls, and I found out that this MHJ lady was feeding my daughter a bunch of weird lies and trying to emotionally manipulate her, and if I saw a difference in the way my daughter behaved, acting out of character all for the sake of "defending" this grown woman, I would not be directing blame to the child, but rather the adult/adults in this situation, and I as the father of one of those girls, would pull MY child out of that mess. The way I see it, there is NO excuse for why the girls should be paired with the adults in a blame game like this, especially if there's a STRONG possibility that they are being emotionally manipulated by both MHJ and their own parents. And so i'm only asking you, have you considered that possibility? the way your stating this, it sounds almost like the parents, MHJ, and the girls (who are most likely being used) are all the guilty party here, and I'm saying 'HEY! let's not look at this in such a one dimensional, and narrow-minded way, let's look at it as if we're the adults in this situation and think critically about this. It's much more serious and more complex then just "they're all wrong, they're all guilty", I can't. be the only one who sees the situation is much more then what has been presented. In fact, I'm almost sure it's more BECAUSE of what's been presented to us. My final word on this, the girls are the ones who need to be protected from MHJ and if the parents (who are their legal guardians) are in on it with MHJ, they should be ashamed of themselves for putting their daughters through this mess, especially after everything that has come out in the last few months regarding all of this. At the end of the day, the most important thing SHOULD BE the girls, THEY are the ones I, and I hope everyone else are concerned about here. I am well aware of what has been brought forward by the media and the news outlets as well as the evidence presented, that said, even IF the girls are of criminal age, they can not and should not be lumped in with those who have influenced them to do what they’ve done. You may give arguments based on logic and similar cases, it even appears you have some understanding of the human mind when it comes to emotional manipulation, even that of the youth, but one thing I’m not seeing here, is the capacity and willingness to look beyond the evidence that’s been put in front of you, and ask more questions. I would encourage you with all humility, don’t just stop at the case and the obvious information accessible to everyone, and based on only that say “it doesn’t matter if they’re manipulated teens who have been misguided by MHJ, they are all criminals”, but allow yourself to ask questions and think about what’s going on beyond what has been placed in your face. If you can do that, then you will see NJ are the ones who need to be rescued from this mess. I have said many many times that I am unbiased and only look at the evidence put forward, however I have the willingness to look deeper into the matter. I hope that you can do the same. Has nothing to do with appealing to emotions, but rather I would appeal to the sense of reason within yourself to see what’s going on. That is my final word.

man u should find a reliable source that will give u accurate translation on the video fr Belift. It was a real good logical no drama just facts presentation... They need to defend ILLIT too as well as their employees and executives that help ILLITs debut that are suffering bec of MHJ evil accusations and manipulations.
