Of course they did. Because most kpop news outlets like allkpop and koreaboo are suspiciously skipping on posting translations or even non translated version of these texts. Same with that kookielit channel that thousands and sometimes millions of fans watch. NONE of them mention this. None of them point out that newjeans also plagiarized Shakatak's 'easier said than done' song to make bubblegum song. All of the media are currently doing media play on MHJ's favor so most of the public doesn't even know this. That's why they are blindly supporting her. I bet her support would be way lower if these news got exposure in those outlets

@@iamweird-ei7s yeah you can go check out the two songs side by side and you'll realize the chorus is copied exactly melodywise. And a chotus is the main part of a song. Only the lyrics are diff. Even Shakatak's official twt account replied saying they had no idea about this bubblegum song(which confirmed that it's not a case of sampling) and they were not notified by MHJ side but that the bubblegum song sounds very similar to their song. My best guess right now is that since bubblegum is only on youtube currently and will appear on music sites on the 24th may, before then MHJ side will try to pay off Shakatak band to try and settle so that they don't raise a legal issue

I'm not trying to defend MHJ here, but this was obviously a private Kakaotalk conversation. It wasn't meant for the public. She didn't say all of this to motivate them, nor was this her attempt at leading and guiding the girls. While I do agree that she has to speak nicer of her employees, you can't tell me that you haven't had those days where you'd get irritated by your own peers and had to dump the load somewhere else. No, cause the corporate part is important. That's why a lot of people sided with MHJ to begin with, it's harder to make an effort to understand the legal and corporate stuff than her crocodile tears. That's falling into her trap, cause she expected people not making an effort to understand what Hybe has been saying since the beginning. After those texts reveal, my doubt has turned into confirmation that mhj only cares about money and is a huge narcissist who keeps emotionally manipulating newjeans and their parents. That lady doesn't deserve to be near newjeans at all and the girls need protection. It would honestly be best if mhj is kicked out of ador and they get a new CEO. Bruh, honestly I never heard of New Jeans, I've only heard of them when there was articles about New Jeans as next BTS. Then I was quite surprised that there was a "high key" woman behind them who claims NEW JEANS success is all due to her. (Which is weird, cause she seems like Lee So Man who brags about creating the KPOP AVENGERS) Both CEO seems to be obsessed about the spotlight and taking credits for themselves. Anyways... If this is the case then why does the messages have her old sm profile,no timestamps, no messages of hers in yellow.?
