Same here!! 😃 But I knew it sound so familiar and when I thought a couple of minutes about it I knew it was played as the background music during a famous scene of one of my most favorite movies of all time: GOODFELLAS!! It's one of the first scenes after Henry Hill has grown up and is introducing all the wiseguys, like Jimmy Two Times "I'm gonna get the papers, get the papers" and Peter the Killer "I did that thing for you" 🤌

wow that is a young CC....she is gorgeous. First time I saw her was a rerun of "once upon a time in the west" in the mid 70's as a kid. What a great western and she was sultry as heck..whew. Mina's powerful voice and emotions, this song, and a young CC for the visuals with captions. wow love it. CC always looked so exotic - very Med. looking....those eyes...wow.

This violet ceiling. "Viola" means Violet, but at the same time is a form of the verb "to violate", thus the misunderstanding. It's thought to be referring to a brothel, since brothels used to have violet ceilings - you know, in order to make it more sensual and comfy. What is well known for being a love song is instead a piece of poetry based around a meeting in a brothel.
