I used to respect Mina Kimes until she became the same as these other talking heads who said they would never bet against Mahomes & Andy Reid again after last year’s Superbowl win… only to have started hating on Mahomes & Reid and saying the chiefs are frauds more than a month ago now despite being 13-1, and never wanting to give us credit for being 13-1 vs our schedule vs the bills schedule that includes 6 freebie division wins, playing Detroit when Detroit is at its absolute weakest having 15 defensive players on IR, 8 of their 11 wins are against .500 or lower teams. Never wanting to give chiefs credit for winning despite having to change the offense multiple times on the fly losing their best receivers and their best running back, then having to get Hopkins implemented into the offense on the fly Having 3 different kickers Losing our 2nd best cornerback to injury having to play rookies out of position, and other than a few games the defense has still been a top 10 defense overall. Mahomes still performing and winning games despite being under pressure constantly running for his life and doing so on a bad ankle from the Bucs game now his new ankle injury Any other quarterback who gets hit or sacked as much as him would not be winning 13-1 games and throwing 2-3 touchdowns a game. Regardless, as a chiefs fan what I hate the most is if the chiefs lose in the playoffs this year, people like Mina Kimes and the haters will all be like "see I told you so, you’re frauds, Mahomes sucks. Josh Allen is the greatest player in the league (even if he doesn’t win the sb)"… and that’s just so disrespectful because even if we lose this year, to do what this team has done not on,y this year, but since 2017 when Alex Smith had his best career year ever, showing Mahomes how it’s done, then in 2018 when the legend of Mahomes began… on,y for it to have on,y gotten better… to do that for 7 years straight, picking last in the draft, losing key players to free agency every year due to salary cap, like Other than the Tom Brady patriots there is no equal to what the Mahomes era has been

Look, anybody can beat anybody at any time, it's why we watch the games. But the Chiefs coaching and QB are superior to any team in the NFL, so one seed or not they are much more likely to win in the playoffs. They have proven this over multiple years. Houston leads the league in sacks and is arguably the best defense in the league. A terrible O-line with that bad ankle is not a good combo for this game. I think KC will try and Mahomes will play, but lose to Houston and Pittsburgh due to the reasons above and Reid will rest starters against Denver before their WC game as the #3 seed.

@blick5511 I agree that this will be a defensive game, but Houston's D is better. Hunter is 2nd in sacks at 12.5 while Anderson is 7th with 10.5. Meanwhile, no KC player is even in the top 25 for sacks. Although, points and tds allowed favors KC. 27 vs 18 and Chris Jones is still an absolute monster. So we shall see. I just don't think Mahomes will be able to avoid Anderson and Hunter with his injury while Stroud will. At least enough to win the game.

Texans Defense > Chiefs Defense Tell me this, the Defense couldn't stop the Panthers Run, Chargers Run, Bengals Run, and the Broncos Run, this shows that their Defense isn't as strong as it was expected. Plus, Mahomes gets sacked as well and didn't play well either. That's why I believe Texans will beat Chiefs.
