Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel, Retreat Master at Lonchen Jigme Samten retreat center in Colorado, offered this mini-meditation retreat that focused on a basic introduction to Tibetan Buddhism and meditation in general as a powerful means of addressing life's challenges and habituating our mind to a different way of understanding and relaxing with experience.
Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel will return to Louisville October 4-6 to lead a meditation retreat with Retreat Master Anam Thubten of the Dharmata Foundation. For tickets and more information, log onto www.festivaloffaiths.org.
