after a year of meditating is was able to be aware of my awareness. it is like you see through your eyes with awarness. notice that awareness, that is looking through your eyes. the same with taste. notice the not the taste, but the awareness that is having the taste. you can be aware and feel your body, your skin. notice the awareness, what is feeling your skin. thats how to be aware of awareness. it makes your mind totally peaceful. thats a promise. even more peaceful than meditating about an object

I'm not saying it totally got rid of it but it showed me a different perspective of how you can be aware of your thoughts when you are inside your spiral of thoughts. DivakarRao Dasari, Meditation is the permanent way to a relaxed and stress free life because it reprogrames the mind. Enter "Anulom Vilom meditation videos" on Google search and do the simple meditation for 10 minutes if possible twice a day. Also read the benefits of Anulom Vilom breathing meditation. It can also be done sitting on a chair. Best wishes. Do meditation daily to enjoy a relaxed life. Best wishes--Shyaaam --Life Coach.

Good luck

The wisdom and compassion of Lord Buddha is flowing through the modern master! Mind in itself is the best among best friend and also it is worst among the worst enemy. It's all up to us what we choose to feed the mind. You will get out what you put in. Wisdom, peace, and compassion in wisdom peace, and compassion out! Om peace, peace, and peace.

This explanation is amazing! The mind/body connection is amazing...As I understand, the only difference is our awareness...It’s the same as if you have a job where you are on your feet all day, but go for a walk to exercise afterwards. You going for the walk and being aware of what you’re doing and why you are doing it makes a difference to the body....This is how I understand it to be.

Beautifully said. Thanks. The touch of awareness - knowing that you are experiencing or doing something - transforms unconscious into conscious and frees you from the conditioning related to that experience or action. When you experience something you automatically react to it even when you think and act When you are aware of something and your action on it, you are freed. A larger perspective arises.

Now days I try to remember how as a child-teenager I did what I did with my mind because from time to time I kinda... Get back to it but the monkey mind and the rage quickly fix things back to hell. Fabulous! One of the best things that happened to me. You simplify the art of meditation and make it so practical. The explanation on awareness was the aha moment! The Monkey mind analogy... hilarious but true. The mind creates big issues out of small issues. I had not slept well for one week and after this watching this video I practiced the meditation and voila!... it worked. The stress was gone, i slept deeply for the first time in many days

While listening to this video I was cleaning the kitchen and specially in the meditation part I was scrubbing so hard that I cut deeply my finger with the steel scrubber and I realized I needed this more than I thought I did.
