Tokyo is home to literally hundreds of ramen shops, but we’ve never heard of lamb ramen before. Of course we have to try it for ourselves.
We visited a ramen shop that serves Wagyu Ramen! To watch that video click here.

What a wonderful collaboration! Frank is always an informational and pleasant addition to any ramen video. These rich and creamy ramen and tsukemen dishes make me want to eat meat again. Lol The interesting combination of pork and lamb seems to lend itself to cross-cultural fusion. The maze-soba hitsuji with its lamb, peanuts, coriander, green onion, and numbing spice almost sounds like a pad thai. Thank you for a lively, happy, delicious, descriptive video and for another restaurant to add to my list of places to eat in Japan! ❤️❤️❤️

What a great collaboration with Frank, boys! The lamb ramen looked absolutely amazing, and your description of each bite taken, continued to make me hungrier and hungrier. I love tsukemen! I’m literally on Yelp looking for where I can get tsukemen for dinner tomorrow night. I’m just so sad that we don’t have anything, like what you can get in Japan. Thank you for sharing the amazing dishes, as well as your desserts! Thank you for taking us all over, and allowing us to live vicariously through you! 🥰

Tsukemen has a special place in my heart. Does not scald my mouth when I eat, and the bite is almost like udon but with bolder flavors. That lamb tsukemen is one of the best I ever had. It reminds me of lamb skewers from Xian with the bold kick of cumin. It is so unique in flavour compared to many others I had tried. Only thing that has came close was the "bacon" used in Menya Musashi Iwatora store west of Akihabara station.

The first time I had Ramen was at a little shop in downtown Seattle. Since then I haven't stopped trying to make it at home! haha. Here's a homemade, rugged, American Ramen from my little house by Mt Rainer about an hour from Seattle. XD haha. It's a little on the unique side. XD "Chicken Liver" Tonkatsu Ramen Ingredients: Broth (Basic broth for Tonkatsu. Exchanging 2 chicken livers in place of pork for a very rich flavor, or adding 1 liver along with other broth base ingredients, for lighter flavor) Cook With Broth: Himalayan Salt: 1 g Iodized Salt: 1000 mg Butter ( Local farm raised or something unique, or top shelf): 28 g Chives: 0.7 g Bonito Flakes: As desired Anchovy Slices: 3 to 4 slices, About 1 g Add on top Green Onion 3 stalks 1 soft boiled egg Black Pepper: One pinch, sprinkled over top Nori Slices: 3, or more Fresh Basil Sprig Enjoy with a cold beverage of your choice. Preferably carbonated, or beer. Make this at home after watching these videos hahaha XD. Much Luck Guys!! *Thumb's Up* XD Peace and Wellness ***##*##*##***
