Does Dicor send a check for everytime you say “Dicor”? 😂

@ggallant1 That would be nice but no. I wish there was a better solution. What do you use?
@ggallant1Ай бұрын
@@e3aviationassociation oh I use Dicor as well. I was just kidding around as you say Dicor a lot throughout the video. I am getting ready to install gen 3 on the roof of my coach. I also have Verizon busoness internet. What is a cost effective way of bonding the two signals? Pepwave looks quite pricey.
@e3aviationassociationАй бұрын
@@ggallant1 LOL Yes. My editors... pepwave has some smaller units that will bond staling an a couple chips. They work pretty well. Depending on your mission stalink by itself might do the trick. Gen 3 with the wifi unit has been pretty solid

One or two Starlink subscriptions to make this work?
@E3CampingАй бұрын
2 subscriptions but we turn one off while not traveling and depending which has best signal when we park. The nice thing about starlink is you can suspend service from the app wherever you want. You can even turn off and one multiple times a month with no problems or billing.
@netcom6314Ай бұрын
Can you share the antenna manufacturer name and where to buy it?
@billparadis8995Ай бұрын
I enjoyed the install however I wonder with 2 Starlink dishes do you have to pay for each individual dish or is it just one mobile plan accounts with 2 dishes?
@BrianJohnson-bd2wuАй бұрын
@billparadis8995 Yes we have 2 separate accounts. However the nice thing about starlink you can turn them off and on anytime right from your app. So if we want the speed or we are on the road traveling we keep them both on. Then while in motion we never drop signals. Then when we are in a park we just turn off the one under trees, or either one because we typically don't need both running.
@fredeicke8890Ай бұрын
@@BrianJohnson-bd2wubut you still pay for both as the bill is pre paid monthly.

@e3aviationassociation26 күн бұрын
No not at all. We had them both so we did 2. A simple stalink MINI works well. The 2 is good in-case we have trees over one end of the coach and we can switch to the other unit.

So don’t you have to have a subscription for each dish? Rather pricey.

yes we do but the nice thing about starlink is you can turn it off and on right from the app. So we turn on while on the road or if we have to switch from frontt to back.

lol I wish. We had the equipment so we were testing to see how it goes. Its was smoken fast but way overkill. We canceled the services and just have the High performance working. Yes it was more than that. As I said now-a-days Starlink by itself is great. And they now have the mini mobil for $299. The High Performance is good for the top of the rig because it picks up 45% more sky and if you are under tress it still works good.

@brenyz5013 yes this was a big test system for us and way overkill. It works incredible but the reality is all you really need is a single stalink unit. It has gotten pretty good. However I would suggest at least the High Performance because it certainly can poke thought trees and get more of the sky better.
