A few months ago I was contemplating the historical self that begins at birth (physical birth). I was also contemplating the fact that in my experience I have never not been. This latter insight never ceases to astonish me, because essentially the experiential feeling is that I've alway been. So I was contemplating the time-bound, historical self, and the Ever Present Eternal Self. In the course of contemplating these things I began to experience some fear as I observed thought and concept fly over me (so to speak) while I was simply observing it. The "I" that came into existence with the birth of my physical organism and the "I" that simply IS are not the same thing (though they are not separate either).

Whoa! Paul H! He's my one consistent all these years! Been through most of everyone else. Love your "languaging." It's helping to crack open some stuff.

I'm surprised this video doesn't have more comments. It's very useful. Thanks! That fear of the unreliable body coupled with a post-awaking distrust for thought can leave me feeling like I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have watched a lot of your videos but I don't recall seeing the body addressed elsewhere. Did you do some more that deal with this theme?

I’m very thankful for your video’s. I’ve had a big realization couple of months ago. followed by some very depressing thoughts. finally realizing it was because I was clinging onto the awakening. I saw that everything including spiritually was an illusion. we’re always free. Recently when meditating I tend to fall asleep. should I let myself fall a sleep or try to stay awake? I feel like if I try to stay awake, I can’t completely let go and need to resist something.

The most intense and extremely difficult thing and l say thing! Not sensation, because not everyone experiences it! Is panic attacks. They say that its a fear that is unrealistic because they claim them to be connected to phobias. I say it's false ! In my experience l understand it to be directly connected to P.T.S.D and tramas to past or present lifetimes.

You don't recognize that you were in Samadhi until you come out of it Jesus, Moses, Jacob meeting the woman at the well describe the phenomena of body mind split Read John chapter 4 when Jesus meets the Samaritan Woman Jesus comes out of Samadhi and recognizes that he is a mind and body again (Time and Space) Jesus then says to his body, give me more Amrita (milk and honey), I want to go back into Samadhi And his body tells him, you are suppose to be Spiritual (A Jew), why do you want something from the physical world? Where is your husband? (Consciousness) I have no husband Yes, you do, you have 5 of them (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether) You are a Prophet And then Jesus teaches that GOD seeks those who Worship him in Spirit (with their Breath - reSPIRATion) Balancing the two poles of energy that flow through your body is the key as the imbalanced Breath Flow is what powers up the individual mind Follow me and Take Up Your Cross (A very advanced form of Alternate Nostril Breathing)
