California has massive poverty. The media and Democrats go out of their way to avoid that reality, but we Californians know and see it. Much of the poverty was imported from abroad and other US states.

I agree. The tech sector, particularly companies like NVIDIA, seems to be a good investment. I remember my advisor, Desiree Ruth Hoffman, mentioning the potential of NVIDIA about two years ago. I followed her advice, and my portfolio has grown from $150k to $700k since then.

8.5 Trillion in Untaxed Assets: Data Shows Why 'We Need a Billionaire Income Tax' "While most Americans predominantly live off the income they earn from a job-income that is taxed all year, every year-the very richest households live lavishly off capital gains that may never be taxed." JAKE JOHNSON Jan 04, 2024 34 An analysis released Wednesday shows that in 2022, the wealthiest people in the United States collectively held a "staggering" $8.5 trillion in wealth that is not-and might never be-subject to taxation.

They haven't caught up with the transistion of rural to urban living . Kids used to generate wealth on farms . In the city they're only for the rich now . Even dogs and cats are unaffordable when you get all the bills .

@@randyscott3386 Probably because not everyone like me is cut out for urban living too, why we haven't seen that transition. I don't see any need to live in a big city, unless you work for or own an industry there. Urban living is just not my cup of coffee.
